Note:
naturopathic services are covered under many insurance benefit plans.
*As much as possible the ND and patient will honour the scheduled appointment duration. Occasionally, circumstances will require the appointment to be extended or shortened upon mutual agreement of the ND and the patient. In such a case, the fee charged will reflect the actual duration of the visit.
**The ND reserves the right to refuse a telemedicine consultation in the event that she feels an in-person visit would allow for a more thorough assessment. Telemedicine or email communication for the purposes of general inquiry or clarification of an already established treatment plan is complimentary.
In the event of a change in any of the above noted fees, the ND will inform the patient in advance of the appointment.
Payment
Payment is due at the end of each in-person appointment, or within 1 business day of a telemedicine consult. Email money transfer, Visa, MasterCard accepted. Naturopathic medical services are HST exempt.
Cancellation
Please provide 24 hours notice of any cancellation. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of their original appointment fee. Patients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged for the full balance of their scheduled appointment. Last minute cancellations due to illness or emergency will be assessed on a case by case basis.
